I'm Akanksha, the cook behind Healthy Without Hype. Most "healthy" content online is full of imported ingredients, powders, and stress. Mine isn't.

I work with what's actually in an Indian kitchen — paneer, dal, curd, eggs, atta, seasonal vegetables — and turn them into meals that hit real protein targets and still taste like food you'd want to eat.

Alongside the food and drinks, I share the supplements I actually take — whey, creatine, multivitamins — with honest, no-affiliate reviews so you can decide what's worth your money.

Every recipe and review is tested, photographed, and shot in my home. If it's on the feed, I've eaten, sipped, or swallowed it.
